What is tokenized SNDK?
A token that tracks the price of SanDisk shares. You don't own the shares themselves:
each issuer owes you their value on its own terms.
Tokenized SanDisk (SNDK) on The River is
SNDKc, issued by Coinbase
on Base. Coinbase's terms decide what the token represents and who may hold it.
Coinbase stock tokens are offered only outside the United States (Regulation S). Do not buy or hold them if you are a US person.
SNDK token questions
- Can I trade SNDK outside US market hours?
- Yes, when someone is offering a trade: trades go through onchain pools around the clock, and the site tells you when nobody is offering one.
- What does it cost to trade SNDK here?
- The ticket starts on the lowest-priced issuer you can use, for your amount. A trade goes through onchain pools, found by a DEX aggregator. The River charges 0.10% on orderbook fills on Base and on trades routed through KyberSwap, shown before you sign, plus network gas. Trades routed through LI.FI, orderbook fills on Robinhood Chain, and your own limit orders and strategies have no River fee.
- Who can hold SNDK tokens?
- Each issuer sets who may hold its token, and the ticket shows that issuer's terms before you buy. The River never takes custody: tokens stay in your wallet or in orders you control.
Access requirements and eligibility restrictions apply. See the Base Prospectus and Final Terms
for the jurisdictions and investor categories in which the tokens may be offered.
